I was very sceptical about buying this item, because I have tried most things. I had to laugh about some people who wrote that they missed 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night because I, on a regular basis, can miss 3 to 4 nights of sleep on the trot. That's 4 nights of no sleep at all and that's how it has been now for 10 years. So anyway I thought I would give it a go and I had to laugh to my self when the lights came on and I thought this is never going to work but hey ho I will give it a try. The first three nights I lay there saying to myself come on then do your best to make me fall asleep and of course nothing happened, so I picked the instructions up and read it again and I realised what I was doing wrong was I was staring at the lights rather than relaxing my eyes with open eyes and blinking when i got use to this i noticed my eyes closing slowly then i was amazed that i actually fell asleep.im not saying it works every night but now i can say i sleep almost every night i also use the sound oasis sleep sound therapy system. hope this helps all you insomnias out there beleave me i know good luck.
