One of theworst buy. It is so thick that u can't use it. After putting it inside the shoe there is no space for the feet. Waste of money n worse they cnt be returned. DNT BUY

Not much of an arch support
The Arch support is very slight could be a bit thick at the middle. But the heal is thicker making the back and side walls of the shoe lower, which can cause ankle twist.Soft and ideal for high raise shoes and boots.
