Not great for hard water
We live in a very hard water area. Although these filters help remove impurities, they are not very effective against hard water residue, so we are constantly cleaning our kettle with vinegar.

OLD PACK USED TO BE LAST LONGER THAN THESE NEW PACKS.
We have been using these filters for years, but we noticed these new packs do not last longer. The old packs were much better and lasted longer.
