I noticed pretty significant results rather quickly. I had terrible knee pain when I walked up/down stairs and that pain is pretty much gone now. My skin looks and feels smoother. I have eczema and severely dry skin. I used to have to reapply moisturizer throughout the day otherwise it felt like my face was cracking, this product has helped so much with this issue. I realized that I am no longer moisturizing during the day! I am excited to see the continued benefits this product will bring. It is pretty easy to use. i have put it in smoothies, hot coffee, mixed it with almond butter and many other ways. It's tasteless so it can be mixed with most anything. Great product! Thank you!

I have been having a problem with my left hip for a number of years - have been on a cane for the last 4 or so. I've tried so many products and have gotten NO results - until now.I am 2 weeks into my 2nd container, was about to give up after completing my first but decided to try a 2nd, and I began to notice changes. Although little, they made a BIG impact on me.I have been sleeping on my back for many years but woke up, one night recently, on my left side - with no pain. HUGE, HUGE for me. I was starting to be disappointed in myself because I haven't been able to stand on my feet very long so my wife said you'd be surprised at what you can do 10 minutes at a time. And that's about all I could stand from the pain.NOW, I am able to work in the yard for hours at a time. Don't get me wrong, I'm far from being over my problem. I'm 65 years old and my problem did not occur overnight, I still need my cane, so I don't expect an overnight cure.HOWEVER, after trying many products - THIS is THE product that I'll be using from now on. I had concluded that I might need hip replacement surgery - NOW? - not so sure. A popular singer coined the phrase "Ain't nothing like the real thing" and I've spoken with many people who have had the surgery and WISH there was an alternative .... I think I may have found what works for me.I could go on and on but I have work to do - and thanks to this product, I can.Leon

I have tried several brands of Multi Collagen for joint relief, knees in particular as I am a long distance runner. This is the only one I have found that mixes in well without a ton of effort. It is also completely tasteless, which is far more than I can say for any of the others I have tried. With continual use I have found relief from knee pain changing nothing besides adding this to my diet daily in a cup of coffee.

I have been taking collagen for several months now (started with a different brand, but when they were out for a while I tried this one), and I have been very pleased with this brand. I am on my second container; it costs less than some competitors while still delivering all five types of collagen, dissolves well in hot water, and while it stinks to high heaven, it has very little flavor. Though flavor doesn't seem to be an issue, I don't like the smell in my coffee or tea, so I recommend just taking it straight in water. I personally have found that 1/4-1/3 cup of VERY hot water dissolves the collagen very quickly, but both the smell and flavor are more prominent hot, so I top my mug off with cold water before drinking. I can't believe how often I have to cut my nails since I have been taking this stuff. My hair and skin have both benefited as well. I think I am a collagen convert for life!!

Wasn’t impressed. I guess it does what it says. I didn’t notice a difference one way or the other. It stinks to the point it gags me and I got strong stomach and I’m not finicky about things. Not much bothers me, but I tried it in a lot of things and it was just to strong flavor wish for me to tolerate. Not my cup of tea.

I’ve tried one other product like (purchased at CVS but will remain nameless, please do not ask) this, so keep that in mind when reading my feedback:I’ve only been using this for 6 days so far, however, I have a lot of thoughts regarding the product:- this product dissolves far easier than the other product I used- following the same process, Advanced Multi Collagen (AMC) does not create a lot of foam like the other product- with AMC there is no gelatin taste like I had before- after only a week (almost) of using ACM I’ve noticed my skin is not nearly as dry as it has been (I had been using the other product for approximately 5 weeks prior)- I started using a new nighttime face cream regiment and wanted to take before pictures. As my mom was taking them she said, “You don’t have a single line on your face!! What did you do to yourself??😁” my mother lives in my in-law quarter and sees me everyday. She also knows that I started using AMC.It was funny that when she approached me so close, with her glasses on and really examined my skin she realized that her 45 year old baby’s fine lines had seemed to fade.With testimony from my harshest critic, and the changes I’ve seem so quickly, I would give AMC 10 stars if I were able.
