How long do I have to wait before I give my dog a bath after I apply flea medicine?

I had to bath my dogs after 3 days they were itching uncontrollably! I believe they had an allergic reaction to this medication.

Why can't this be sent to my address in Northern California?

I don't know why that is. I would contact Amazon customer service to find out why.
