How much water should there be in the brine/salt tank

Thank you for your question.

The WS 355 is designed to run with little or no water in the cabinet during normal operation. The level of water can be reduced in your water softener by removing any excess with a small jug or similar and emptying down a convenient sink  and if the situation persists, please call our Customer Services Team 01494 838100 option 2 during office hours and they will be able to talk you through our trouble shooting guide.

Do u install it for free.?

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any free installations.

Fitting a water softener is relatively easy and can be undertaken by most competent plumbers. We appreciate finding a local plumber in some areas can be more difficult than in others especially during the heating season when many of them are already busy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend individual plumbers ourselves but would suggest that visiting websites like:
