I purchased the BIHIWOIA 10.1’’ Frameo Digital Picture Frame as a Christmas gift for my in-laws, and it was an absolute hit! The 32GB of storage is more than enough to hold countless photos and videos, and the free Frameo app makes uploading them a breeze. Perhaps remarkable to some people, this is my first photo frame for personal use. I was looking for a frame that wasn't ridiculously expensive, and bought this at a steep discount before Christmas. The guided setup menu after the device was fist plugged in made it super easy and fast to configure the device with a WiFi connection, to download the Frameo app, and to start loading photos. Really easy. I work around technology all day, and I was slightly afraid I'd get bogged down in a poorly-written instruction manual, but the instruction manual wasn't even necessary. The reason I'm writing a review (rare for me) is because I came here to see if anyone knew how to turn off the clock and weather display. I don't know why anyone would want that in a photo frame. The clock and weather display settings are perhaps not where you'd think to find them. They're embedded in the "Slideshow" settings. Clock, weather, and caption settings can all be independently turned on or off. For now, the only downside appears to be shortcomings in the Frameo app to transfer photos - only 10 photos at a time can be transferred, and complete Google photo albums (where I've curated photos) can't be accessed in the Frameo interface. I can understand why that might be, and anyway, I've already found a workaround: Photos selected in Google Photos can be shared to the Frameo app, which them steps users into the familiar Frameo dialog for transferring photos (again, however, only 10 at a time). There may be other faster ways to transfer photos off of a USB cable or SD card which I haven't yet explored (I vaguely recall seeing that in the manual). Overall, two thumbs up on this photo frame. It delivers on good looks, ease of use, and affordability.

I wish I could give more stars! I bought two of these picture frames, one for my parents and one for my in-laws. My wife and I just had our first child. We wanted to have a digital picture frame for them to watch their grandchildren grow over time. This is especially great for the grandparents, not local. The app is super easy to use, anybody that is registered to the picture frame. Frame can add images as well. My grandparents love them which makes us very happy to send you photos several times a week

I have gotten both of my college kids one of these and they both love it! They can decide to have family and friends upload pictures to the frame and as they’re away from home, it is a great way for them to look at their memories with us. I would highly recommend this frame. It is very easy to use.

Updated Review, manufacturer refunded me and made it right.It was great at first, this was a gift for my inlawson christmas. When my mother in law went to load some pictures, it just went black and hasn't worked since. I sent an email to customer support, they never replied. Wouldn't recommend buying this piece of junk. Won't get any support and will probably stop working. Would give no stars if possible.

Makes the perfect gift for a family members! It makes it easier to share and send photos, especially those who don't live close by or see people as often! The picture quality and functionality is great for the price!

“I got this for my best friend and adventure companion for Christmas of 2023 and pre loaded it with tons of memories from our trips together around the world. It worked great for almost exactly 1 year, and then it totally stopped working in December 2024. It will no longer turn on or do anything. She has tried all troubleshooting steps and no mater what she does, it will not power on again. Very disappointing. I have bought Frameo devices for 5 other family and friends, none of them have had any issues. This brand is the only one that stopped working. She spent several days going through many years of photos to add to this frame, and she absolutely loved it :/ I’m very sad hers no longer works. This should’ve lasted more than a year… don’t buy this if you don’t want heartbreak in a year. “
