Not 100% perfect, but really useful and well constructed item for the money. Works well enough for my needs.
When the product arrived I was very impressed by the high quality packaging, I had figured this would be some cheap build product, even at the price I paid. however I was happy with what I saw so far, removing the product from the box I noticed the item appears of a good construction also.Setting up the product was simple, two power adapters come with the product, so check your surge protector as you will have to cram another sideways power-plug onto it shortly :)I was a little nervous when I plugged in the second box and no light came on, but eventually it did; though it worked from the start. Operating the product is pretty simple and if you have multiple gadgets you are using this for I recommend an HDMI switcher also. I moved all of my junk from the living room to the network cabinet and haven't regretted it. though I will say very occasionally there are signal interferences with the picture, very brief and possibly due to the other activity I have in the network cabinet. For me it is negligible and it really doesn't bother me. in the last few weeks of use this has happened 3 times, so if you don't mind every once in a while seeing a black line or screen flicker this wont bother you either. If you expect 100% perfect performance you probably wont get it, but I still think this is worth a look, especially if you want to get all of your junk out of your living room too :)

"150-Feet 1080p HDMI Over 1 Cat5e/6 Extender Cable" is incorrect. Malfunctioned after 4 years of use
I wanted to send HDMI signals from Dishnetwork DVR to a TV set through 100 feet long cable. Before I ordered this device I asked a question to Amazon owners "How long distance your setup is transmitting?" The answers were<<Approximately 13.7 m, or 45 feet>>,<< it was only 50 feet and if I remember it didn't work >>,<< 80ft >>,<< About 100 feet using shielded CAT6 with no problems>>,<<About 25 feet >>My tests indicate the device works with 30 feet Cat6, but does not work with 100 feet Cat6. I then bought Rosewill Cat7 cable, which works well. One of answers said <<using shielded Cat6>>, but I think she/he actually used Cat7, because shielded Cat6 does not exist as far as I know.A statement on product description <<Transmission distance can be up to 150-feet for 1080p using CAT-6 Cable.>> is incorrect.Edit on 4/1/2017After 4 years of use, the unit started making noises and then stopped working.I bought HDMI to SDI and SDI to HDMI converters instead of buying this Ethernet system. Two converters and 100' BNC cable costed approximately $100. The new system works well.

even using a considerably better rated cable than called for over 2/3's the supposed ...
I bought this for my church to connect a laptop on stage to a new LCD projector. Since the distance required an installed run of over 75 feet, a regular HDMI cable wouldn't work. I bought this set and a 100 foot ethernet cable rated for CAT7. The CT-60S didn't work at all with the projector (and yes, I made sure the receiver and sender units were at the correct ends), not even with the laptop set to the projectors lowest resolution 1024x768 at a 23hz refresh rate. I brought it home and tested it it with my TV and it worked at 480p and 1080i, but not 1080p. It definitely did not perform as advertised, even using a considerably better rated cable than called for over 2/3's the supposed maximum distance.I'm gonna have to send it back.

If your looking for and HDMI extender look no further!!!
I have been using this product for a long cable run for a tv located out on my patio. This product worked flawlessly. Zero picture degredation and hardly any delay. After owning it for a little over a year it stopped working. Thinking there was no warranty I was going to order a new one but figured I would at least try to contact Conversion Technology to see what my options were. Little did I know there was a 3 year warranty. I sent an email to there support email address including my invoice from Amazon and the form they have on their website to fill out. I then called them after I sent it to make sure it got to who it needed to. I was happily greeted by Laquisha and I must admit this was probably the best experience i've ever had in regards to a warranty replacement. Not only was Laquisha very nice to speak with she immediately went and checked to make sure they received the email and took it upon herself to get my replacement sent out to me. I just received the replacement today. That was two days!!!! What a great company and what an great employee. It's not like me to right a bunch of reviews on a product and this review is really more about Conversions Technology as a company than the product. Don't get me wrong the product works just like it should but warranty and customer service is second to none. I wish there were more peope like Laquisha because she was great to work with. Thank you again for replacing my product so quickly and making the whole experience great. I hope they are aware of how good of an employee they have. If you need an HDMI extender buy this one. Not only does it work well but it is backed up by a company that supports there products. 5 STARS!!!

Dead after 1.5 years
Used for hdmi conversion of about 20 ft from a receiver to a projector. This item was good while it worked. Unfortunately it doesn't last that long. My unit is dead after about 16 months of use. Expensive unit to have to replace it every 1.5 years so I guess i'll be shopping for something different.
