No Laptop Cushion
My son likes the backpack for school, but it does not have the padding for the laptop which they are required to carry in high school. That extra protection for his laptop would have been nice. So far, it's holding up pretty well after almost 2 months of use.

Very disappointing
Not a functional pack. The top strap failed after two months of use. The side mesh pockets aren't big enough to hold a water bottle. Typical Oakley, lots of pockets without much intuitive purpose. Zippers suck too.
