This is perfect for underneath an exercise machine. Or weight bench. But as a mat to exercise on, it is like a thin yoga mat rather than a nicer thick one. So, depending on what you want to use it for, it's great or just okay.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing large size so easy to flat and use it right away! Great quality and style two sided smooth and textured side will give you more opportunities for usage . Easy to clean just mop it with microfiber towel thats we included in package and all clean and shiny !!!

It comes with velcro wraps and a storage bag making it easier to transport. It is a high grade material that'll hold up much better than a standard epa type foam. The larger size is perfect for workouts on the go. I didn't notice any heavy rubber smell and it's tough but easy on the body.

The 6' x 8' size gives me plenty of space to do everything from cardio to strength training, without feeling cramped. The high-density foam provides excellent cushioning for my knees and elbows, making it comfortable for intense exercises like plyometrics and weightlifting. Plus, it's durable enough to handle my shoes without showing any wear and tear. Overall, it's a great investment if you're serious about home workouts.

I've been using this in my home gym and it's been great. It's dense enough that I feel sure footed on it doing kettlebells and lunges, but has enough give that it's comfortable doing side planks or kneeling positions. It's impermeable so it's easy to clean, and it feels really tough - it basically still looks brand new. I find it to have good grip with sneakers or barefoot - lunges do feel well planted on it.Overall worth it. Spacious, comfortable, easy to clean, and durable. I would get it again.
