The BEST Customer Service!!
UPDATE (5/2/2025): I am changing this from a 1 star to a 5 star review because of the incredible customer service and replacement that I received. I never checked to see if this item worked when I bought it. I just threw it in my travel bag. Several months later when I needed it, it did not work. When I discovered this, months after the purchase, I gave the item a 1 star review. I did not try to contact the seller, thinking that it was too long after the sale for them to do anything. Unsolicited, the seller contacted me about my 1 star review and asked for details. When I explained what happened, they offered to send me a replacement item free of charge without me asking for it. The item arrived a few days ago and I tested it immediately and it works great. This is truly above and beyond customer service. I will buy from this company again next time I need a product like this. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Item never worked. I bought this to replace a similar item that I kept in my travel bag just in case I needed it. I did not end up needing it for 8 months, then when I tried to use it while traveling I found out that it doesn't work at all. I have tried it in several vehicles and it doesn't work in any of them. I should have tested it when it first arrived.

Works great to operate my laptop from my car!
I purchased three of these in total to use in cars to charge laptops. I originally purchased the type that you have to attach to your car battery. It was overkill , and inconvenient for my use so decided on this one instead as it could plug directly into my cigarette lighter. I read this wattage (300) should be able to handle my laptop. It did perfectly. Several members of my family have jobs that require to be in a car and use a laptop and the laptop battery would not last long enough. What I especially like is that it also has a spot to plug in my cell phone to charge as well. Has both USB-A and USB- C. The fan is pretty quiet and overall I am very a happy. On a side note, years ago a Weatherman in Florida ( Mikes Weather Page) highly recommended to have one of these in case your electricity goes out. I purchased one and it sat in my closet for years. I finally needed it as was so glad I had purchased it.

Convenient size & USB-PD (USB-C) is great, but high pitched whine is annoying
We got two of these for use in our RV since it lacks an inverter. We only get DC power when we're not connected to shore power or generator. These small inverters allow us to have a few functioning AC outlets even when the generator isn't running. The USB-PD (the USB-C connector) charger is also really nice, and helps us avoid a bulky USB power brick. We power our HomePod mini from it. We plug our Apple TV into the AC outlet which lets us watch TV without the generator running. The only frustrating thing is there's a super high pitched whine. Both of the inverters we bought do it. I'm certain this isn't a cooling fan; it's much higher pitched than that. I suspect it's an internal electrical component. When we flip off the power switch on the back of the inverter, the noise goes away, so Wekeep them turned off at night when we're sleeping. Fortunately the USB connection remains powered on independently of the power switch.

Great tool for charging, running low power devices
We needed a converter for powering a small air pump to pump up air mattresses while camping. This did the trick. Additionally I charged my phone and some portable batteries with this device using the USB-C and it delivers 30W of power.

Very quiet inverter with useful USB charging ports!
Got this to use in the RV while doing lots of photography. Needed to power my 17 inch Samsung i7 laptop, with a 220 watt power supply. This unit did very well while either running the laptop (batteries fully charged) or charging the batteries in the laptop (computer off). If I had run the laptop batteries down and was doing serious work editing or moving photos between drives, the inverter would cut off, and I would have to toggle the power switch on the back of the inverter to start it up again. I eventually got used to charging my laptop up fully before using it to with the inverter, and the inverter was able to keep the laptop running without a hitch. It may have been an issue with the 12 volt supply circuit. I didn't run the inverter on a known high amperage 12 volt circuit in the RV, so I am not deducting a star for that. There is a quiet fan that is always on when the switch in the back is turned on. It is quiet enough that I was easily able to sleep with the fan running in very quiet campsites. The volume and pitch of the fan are unobtrusive. As others have noted, the USB ports are always powered if the inverter is plugged into the 12 volt supply, independent of the position of the power switch on the back. I like this very much, since I can charge my iPhone or Kindle with the fan turned off if I am not using the 110 volt section. A really excellent value!

Saved my sanity
Worked great for keeping 5 kids devices running during a cross country move. Wasn't a noticeable sound, I could hear

Blowing fuses all the time
Blows my fuse with only a laptop connected. It consumes more power than the outlet was designed for. Basically non operational for only a laptop connected to it.

I’ve had had several of these inverters in work trucks and they work great. I use them for a laptop and charging Milwaukee batteries. The last one I bought stopped working after a couple months. I message the seller and they provided great customer service and sent me a new one very quickly. I highly reccomend this product, very good value, good product, and great customer service.

Esto funciona bien, pero no vino con el clip de la batería, lo cual es decepcionante. Sin embargo, recomendaría y compraría de nuevo.

Works as advertised. At $25 dollars it's prices at about 1/3 the price of a comparable one from Canadian tire. I've owned many inverters as I work out of my car and need them to charge my laptop and cell phones. I've spent anywhere from $60 to $150 and they have all lasted around the same amount of time, which is 2 to 3 years before they start having some sort of problems. This is the smallest I've every had. It been able to charge my phone and laptop at the same time, and around the same speed as the more expensive ones. The only draw back that I've seen is the more expensive ones have an automatic fan that will turn on only when the inverter needs it to cool off. This ones fan spins no stop. So it will drain your battery if you leave it plugged in with the car off. The good news is that there is a power switch on the back to turn the inverter on and off so you don't have to constantly plug it in and out. That is a feature that even some of the more expenses didn't have. So far I can't find anything wrong with it. It works as advertised. If it last 2 to 3 years like the others, it is well worth the price. Guess if I had one complain it is that because it is so small, the plugs are really close together. Not an issue with regular plugs, but if using a larger plug, it may block both outlets plus the USB. I also think it would have been better had they placed the USB beside each other instead of opposite sides, but that is just nit picking.
