I bought these for myself (33 year old female) because I have issues with dehydration after gastric sleeve. I was worried the apple flavor would be more of the typical apple candy flavor or it would be too sweet, but the flavor is more like watered down apple juice which is perfect. It is very tasty!

My kids really enjoy the cotton candy flavor — it actually tastes good and makes it easier to keep them hydrated. However, the price is definitely on the higher side for a kids’ drink mix. Also, you have to be careful with how much water you use — if you dilute it too much, the flavor becomes very faint. Overall, it’s a fun and helpful product, just wish it were more affordable and a bit more forgiving with the water ratio.
