Easy to use

Wonderful hit plate, cheaper than buy it in Japan
Although made it China but all written in Japanese! Wonderful product! I use it for all the recipes from YouTube such as yatoyaki , hot pot, cooking pan fry gyoza dumplings etc, put it on the dining table eating hot foods in winter is great..... I forgot to order the ceramic hot plate, it's on the way will arrive on Monday then I can make steam buns......

Defect after first use
Really disgusting experience!Bought it in November but used it only in December for the first time during family gathering, but after the first use the machine didn't even work anymore.We waited half an hour but the plate just didn't heat up.I wrote to Amazon's Customer Service and they said I should contact the seller as the return window is over. I contacted the seller and they push the blame over to amazon saying it's their responsibility. I mean, trying to throw the ball to each other but not meeting the customer's needs is really ridiculous for such an expensive device where I can neither return it nor receive a replacement.I had other defect issues with other devices and there they just replaced the devices with new ones or returned the money to me but here it's really not okay to have this kind of experience...

Beautiful but size a little bit small
I use it for making pancake on Sunday morning, and make hot pot during winter in the night. I like it, but I hope company can design a big size. I feel it's too small, maybe because it designs for Japan family because their living space is smaller.
