Blows my mind that these dress pants cost half the price of most items one would find at a department store / mall clothing store; yet, they are actually tailored to fit perfect to size.The quality is also apparent - no strings are fraying (like what one would find at somewhere like Express) and they cost 1/5 of the price of things at Express.These have a soft, fine quality to them and fit perfect without a belt at the waist (size 28) due to spandex.Maybe some can sympathize with this: I'm slim, but haven't changed in size/weight over the last several decades. Things used to be easy to buy! I've been in Japan, and it is honestly nearly impossible to find anything that doesn't fit like it was made for the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man at a mall/department store with the exception of stores in a major cosmopolitan city.Literally smalls are no longer a small at these department stores. And sized products (e.g.) a 29inch waist fit like a 32in +.Sad days in terms of public health, but hey at least we have these.Save your self a trip to the mall if you're slender/in shape and grab these if you're on the the fence. Wasted two days searching and shaking my head at wtf has happened to the US when I could have just bought these to begin.

Bought these for my husband's Christmas party. He didn't want anything too conservative, but still professional. These are perfect. The fit is slim, but not tight. The material has a slight stretch which makes them really comfortable. Highly recommend for any age. They look modern without having that shiny look. Great pants. Five stars all the way.

Delivery came on time. Got the pants a size bigger because of some of the comments and I must say they are a perfect fit. A 36x32 would not have made it on my waist or on my thighs. I’m 6’0 220lb athletic build. They are a little loose around the ankle which I guess was expected for the price but it’s what your dress pants should look like at the ankle either way. I recommend getting these. a size up if you have thick legs. If you’re just straight flat you may be okay. They look like the price and that’s okay I’m sure no one plans on wearing these to prom or I hope not. Great for interviews, work, or a date night with the spouse. Perfect for last minute grabs as well when you are going through weight changes. Definitely recommend higher quality pants for exciting occasions like prom, wedding events, etc.

These are very comfortable. They are nice for work, and they don't get wrinkled easy. The material is soft and stretches.

Got these for my so for a special event. They fit well and have lasted a long time.

I bought 3 pairs of these pants almost two years ago for office work and there were splendid. Texture felt nice and material was decently thick, not to airy/flowy, and was form-fitting.Just recently, the button fell off, so I decided to buy another pair with a slightly larger waist and the difference in quality from the previous pairs is extremely noticeable. I put them side to side, ran a comparison, and noticed a couple of things:The fabric used for the pants is thinner. It feels cheap when you rub them between your two fingers. I tried them on and it is extremely airy in the inside and feels like any typical dress pants you pick up at a retail store. What I liked about the previous pairs was that they were were a true slim fit and the fabric was thick enough that the pants were form-fitting, but not tight. Now, the pants have a less "tapered" look from the calves down to the feet and can hardly be called slim fit.The inside has also changed. They plastered an array of Plaid&Plain text over inside the pants. The insides used to be a single color black with nothing else. Frankly, the logos in the inside make it look tacky.I'm disappointed by these changes, because, originally, I thought these pants were perfect and great for the price. Now it's like more like any other dress pants you can picked up at a store.

I love the super soft fabric and it looks perfect.

My 13 yo son is tall and thin so finding dress pants is hard. Glad to find a pair in his size. He was happy with the fit and look.
