Q: will the boots leak in a foot of water

Yes, the boots will leak in a foot of water. They will leak in much less than that. The suit is sewn together with regular thread. It will keep chemical fumes and spray off of you but not large amounts of liquid.

Q: Does anyone know where I can find one for somone who is 5'8? Theres no sizing chart so I dont know.

Sorry no. This was a one size fits all, poorly. I am 5'10" and the feet kept sliding out. If you used a rubber band around your ankles or something like that it should work fine though.

the sleeves are totally ok - it's the legs that are a bit tricky. you cannot simply roll them up, as they cover your foot entirely. i'm about 5'10 and the legs were really saggy (that was the only issue) - basically had to walk around like one of those teens with super saggy pants. the costume was a huge hit though (assuming this is for a breaking bad costume :-))

Q: Is this sufficient for Ebola Virus protection? If not, what do yo recommend?

There is one more level, but it costs over $1000. Those are probably the ones that are used in level 4 bio labs. As much as I can tell, these are the best in the "not so expensive" category. I would think that it is important to have sealed seams.
