I bought the small gun over a year ago and still running great! it comes with a travelcase, then I found this one that xtra head with a hot and cold options, what a game changer!!I feel that it makes a big difference to me comparing it with the regular ones, it help healing my sore wayy faster! have not try the cold one though. but loveee the heat options and you can choose the heat levels too. the price is a bit high but it worth the investment for sure, solid build and will last very long just like the gun itself, great quality brand!!

I think this heated massage head works very well. The cooling function works better than I really imagined, and it does heat up fast, as well. It holds a charge for a long time, too, which I was a little worried about.I primarily ordered this one because other brands are more expensive. I figured I'd give it a try and if it didn't work as well, I would order the other ones. I had previously tried a different head before this one and I can say this slightly outperforms it and does so at a better cost.The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it got hotter. This is a criticism of all the heated heads I have tried. While the temperatures listed do seem hot, especially compared to some competitors, at least for me it could get even hotter. I primarily use this on my thighs and after using it for any time over 30 seconds, you sort of stop noticing the heat. Again, this is an issue with all heated heads, so I wouldn't say that makes this one any worse than others. I just wish it were slightly hotter since I have a high tolerance.Particularly for the price, I am pleased with this order. It performs comparably to other heads and outperforms them in some areas, too.

This has been a great little accessory for my mini massage gun. I’m amazed how quickly it heats up and how cold the coldest setting is. Love it!

Bought this to use with an older massage gun. I find myself using the heat more than the cold fiction but it’s nice to have both options and it switches between temperatures faster than I expected. I do wish the head got a little hotter but it seems that’s a common gripe with all of the comparable brands. The fit on mine is a little too close to the area where it attaches but not enough to pinch. Overall I am pleased with value and quality
