I went to several home improvement stores and handled the same design of faucets. The difference being the lowest cost I found in store was $89, the highest at $322. At just at $20 this faucet has stood up very well. I’ve had it installed for about three months now and it has functioned without a flaw and still looks great.

I love the faucet, except for the fact it always seems like it’s leaning forward. It is securely mounted on my sink, but it always seems like it’s leaning a bit. And I’m sure that is because you’re always pulling it forward but I don’t like how that looks. It’s almost like it needed a third mounting peninsula on the front of it or something. Otherwise, I love it.

There is a little plastic clip that hooks the spring into the faucet itself that keeps coming out after 4-5 times of using it this keep breaking. I have replaced this faucet now 2 times. Absolutely the worst experience ever!

use in my building with RO system so only use cold water they make them so much easier to install now.

This is a well made faucet for the money. Most of these flex-head pull-down facets sell for near, or well over $100 in the hardware stores, and they are no better made than this item at $50. The reviews for this item were mostly positive and I needed a replacement for a laundry sink so ordered this item. I ordered the brushed nickel version as we have hard/softened water and felt the black may show water spots too readily, where the nickel one has been relatively spot-free as along as I wipe it after use. I am impressed with the quality and ease of installation. It has a good feel to it, and I really like the extended hose on this one as it allows me to reach all corners of the sink, or even pull it past the sink edge to fill a bucket or large pot. The only thing I would like to see added is a couple of red and blue stickers to indicate hot and cold side of the lever once installed. I used my own label maker tape to cut a couple pieces and stuck them to the handle, but it would be nice if they were included. Otherwise, very happy with this faucet so far. It looks and works great, at a very reasonable price.
