Barbell Squat Pad Set - Hip Thrust Pad-Extra Thick Foam Padding for Neck & Shoulder Support, Strength Training Equipment Attachments Gym Fitness Workout-Ankle Straps, Wrist Straps for Weight Lifting

Really comfy bar pad and the wrist straps are great too

This barbell pad is super thick and super comfortable for doing barbell hip thrusters. It's cushier than the ones I've used before. The straps to secure it are a great extra - as is the carry bag. I was able to do a set of thrusters with absolutely no discomfort. Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness. The straps were a secondary consideration for me, but I tried them and they are very effective and pretty comfortable. I'd say the straps are good, but the pad is great. NOTE: I loaned this to a female friend for back squats and she felt that it was too thick for her to comfortably use for that. I use it for back squats all the time and have no issue. FWIW.

I love taking these to the gym with me. Make me feel confident and I like the green. It’s feminine but not basic. It is fully functional and I love multipurpose items! Bought this to replace my original which I think was stolen in the gym since it was black like the one the gym provides. But this one is easy to differentiate from the public gym pieces! Also its cushion is a lot stronger and I feel less of the iron on me, sometimes not at all depending on how heavy I lift

Llegó en excelentes condiciones, viene completo, la almohadilla se ve gruesa y de buena calidad, estoy satisfecha con la compra y el color me encantó

This was a good quality pad. It is stiff enough that it protects my shoulders but soft enough that it’s comfortable. Seems to be a good material that will last and wipes cleans easily. Did not seem to absorb sweat. Good length for the average size shoulders. Nice size crevice for spine.
