This light is so cool. I bought it for my son as a birthday gift. Wow is it cool.
This light came right on time and was exactly as described. I am very happy with my purchase. My son plans to put it behind his tv as a accent light. Its beautiful.

The remote control of this item does not work
The remote control of the item does not work and I was unable to pair (bluetooth) the item with the downloaded application. This product is not serious

Some false advertising
Overall, the light looks cool, but does not do all the functions they claim it does. They advertise 26 color modes. There are only 14. My favorite color combo (pictured) which is the RGBW combo, is only available flashing. Which I can’t deal with. Also it says there are settings for it to go with your music? Don’t see any options for that anywhere in the app. Oh and my remote doesn’t work at all, despite the red light on the remote lighting up showing there is power to it. May end up returning.

Beautiful light for my fish tank
I placed this light on top of my fish tank so that it lights up the wall and ceiling around my large acrylic tank. It’s very unique and beautiful.

Excellent for an unused fireplace
I wanted something to fit in an unused, but prominent fireplace and this worked quite well. The Bluetooth connection to the phone is iffy though.

Not much to it.
I think the picture in the description and thumbnail it quite misleading, so here’s the truth of the tame effect we’ve got here.This light fixture consists of a transparent cylinder mounted up, away from a horizontal enclosure. LED illumination shines up from a slit and passes through the rotating plastic cylinder, which is deformed to feature pits and ridges in its surface. These imperfections create subtle shadows which cycle moving shadows cast by the light. After any given 5-10 seconds the pattern of movement visibly starts over and repeats again and again.The PiCTURE makes it look as though a light saber has been unrolled into a fruit roll up of hissing, undulating plasma which is spread across your wall. It’s VERY much more subtle and tame an effect than that. Maybe someday, but not this: Oh! And you can cycle thru RGB values with these non-addressable LEDS, causing the entire display to cycle the values. Its a little like caustic effects on the walls of a swimming pool.
