Very funny anime.
Fallows the book series which I love. I was happy they included 2 bonus stories that continue after the manga series of only 3 volumes.

This is a favorite of mine and it looks great on the screen on bluray

This anime adapts the first 3 volumes of the light novel series and does a good job of it, in my opinion. The animation looks nice and I felt that the characters were perfectly captured. Claude's flirting with Aileen. In particular was spot on. Choosing to adapt the first three novels was a good choice, as it leaves the story off in a satisfying place. The story moved at a good pace, so there's never a dull moment, but that also means there are a couple of places where the plot can feel rushed. Still, I enjoyed it overall.
