This is the worst product quality and service I have ever experienced in my shopping life. I'm seriously considering cancelling my Amazon Prime subscription of this is the sort of cowboy outfit I will be left dealing with.After just 8 weeks wear one shoe has split but the customer service try to tell me that this is normal wear...Avoid this supplier if you work for your money, absolute disgusted!

My daughter loves these shoes. Look super cute and are really comfy. She’s 12 years old and looks after her footwear, doesn’t play sports in them. Very disappointing as after just 4 months of wear these have split! Been to Cobblers today, who confirm they are irreparable. Seem to be a common fault, looking at reviews. Expensive item, given how long they’ve lasted.

The shoes were fine except the laces are terribly short which I’ve noticed recently and can barely tie a bow so they have to be knotted

Do not buy these, you pay more thinking they will last but they don’t! My daughter has only been wearing these for school since September and today we’ve noticed a massive tear across her shoe and it’s actually split open!!

Very shiny, look smart and have great tread. Bear in mind they are heavy though. Have worn well over the last half term, but a layer of the finish has worn off in patches on both toes.

Very durable brand, for school for younger children.
