Children's sizes in age varies. The medium size is a size 10/12. I would say a child 8yrs - up to 10yrs old.

Q: Girls shirts have Rubine color. Is this the same as that?

I am not sure I only purchased boy's clothing.

Q: What is the blend of the shirt?

It’s 100% cotton pique. I bought my son the 5 pack (white, red, light blue, navy blue, and royal blue). They do shrink just a little but to prevent that, I wash his shirts, then hang them up to air dry. They’re soft and seem pretty comfortable too.
