Cool idea put into a nice package.
This take anywhere to use pull-up bar is robust and stable. It's easy to attach to the wall and the suction is shockingly strong. Everyone in my family gave it a try and it had no problems holding any of us up. Setup and installation was easy. No marks on the wall after use. We have a fairly narrow hallway that it secured easily to. Taking it down was just as easy.If you're looking for a nice chin up bar and you don't want to leave your house, this is a perfect fit. It's secure, robust and safe to use in any door jam or hallway that has a ceiling high enough to accommodate. Excellent product.

Won’t work with a standard door jam
I like the soft rubber around the bar (but some might prefer a sold bar). It’s a sold grip but has a little squishy feel. It’s neat that it comes with a level to make sure you have it flush and correct during install. Fairly easy to expand it to fit and once secure, it stays quite well. I haven’t had it slip or slide or leave major markings/indents.Here’s what I don’t care for as much:-can’t really do a very wide grip on the soft foam part of the bar. You can reach out wider but are grabbing the metal extenders and depending on how wide your hallway or door jam is you might have the secure twisting nuts in the way.-depending on which side you do the pull up on, you can accidentally loosen the bar. I always make sure I do pull ups on the direction that would cause it to tighten to be more safe.-last, the ends to provide traction to the walls are long and wide. This won’t attach easily to a normal door jam. You can risk trying to fit it, but it will stick out and is likely to slip out. That is probably the worst thing about this bar is you have to make sure you have a solid frame to mount this bar, which doesn’t leave a lot of options where other pull-up bars can easily be mounted on a door jam in most places.Overall, it’s a pretty good pull-up bar, just make sure you have a solid place to put it. You need about a 3-inch wide frame for it to properly fit. If not attached to a solid frame, it will definitely cause damage and even harm to the user and building. I will also note that it would not fit in a 27” wide door frame even when shrunk all the way down. It fit in a 33” frame just fine and could extend out further if needed.

BEWARE! This is addicting!
The media could not be loaded. We installed this in a doorway near the kitchen and you would never imagine how many times per day it gets its use. Every time someone walks under it, they stop and do a pull-up.Installation was a little complicated to figure out. It was the twisting of the bar that was hard to do at first but my husband figured it out right away. I weigh 130 pounds and use this at least 5x per day and the bar does not move, ever. I love this so much. It helps build muscle and keeps you fit. Having it near the kitchen makes it hard to forget about so you almost feel forced to do pull-ups all day. Our teenage boys use this daily as well. It is wonderful. I wish everyone had one in their home, it would motivate a lot of people.

It just doesn't feel right/safe
The No Screw Pull Up Bar has some deceptive [Photoshopped] photographs in the description. This was a serious RED FLAG for the product and ultimately the person using it. I only noticed this discrepancy after i had received the product and actually held it in my hands. The end pieces are twice the size of their heads in the picture with the 4 men hanging from the bar.Okay I digress for a moment but it had to be said, no need to embellish if y'all have a good product!I installed the pull up bar in my garage doorway, as y'all can see [in the pictures] it would not fit correctly, I could not shorten it enough to fit. I had to install it at an angle, thus making it not safe.As y'all can see in the other photos I have a decent home gym, I am a certified Muay Thai Fitness Instructor and my gym is set up for lifting and cardio and being able to do pull ups is always a great asset to building strength and staying in great shape. I most certainly did not feel safe or even comfortable using the No Screw pull up bar.Now i'm bigger than the average 60 year old bear, i'm 6' and 220 pounds and I can do several pull ups. I train daily along with my wifey. She won't even try it, she said it looks very unstable. Now to be completely fair I was able to do about 4 pull ups before i decided to stop because it began to slip and the door jam started making noises.Another thing is, I have wide shoulders so unless i did palms facing me chin ups my elbows would hit, also i could not do wide grip pull ups because my hands are on the red part on the ends.Overall I would spend the extra $$ and buy a power tower just to be on the side of caution.I hope my review helps y'all make a wise and informed decision for this product.God bless y'all,Pastor/Personal Trainer,Michael Rodriguez

Home gym must have
I originally installed this for me for upper body days and full body days BUT my husband and son have also taken a liking to this as well. There’s a leveler built into the bar to make sure it’s level and aligned it took me all of 5 minutes to put it up and it is absolutely locked in place which I love that grip is no joke. My husband is 245 lbs and can do 4 sets of 25 and that bar won’t budge. I absolutely recommend especially if you’re not trying to drill holes in your walls or you’re renting.

Comfdortable but hard to get it tight enough to actually work.
Works OK overall but it was really difficult to get it tight enough to support my wifes weight. it keeps slipping down the frame. Good for kids or small adults.
