 RICE Melamine is very, very strong but can break if exposed to a hard shock. Please check regularly for any cracks and discard if any found. Over time, can age and obtain a matte finish, if it has a very matte finish its the end of life (unfortunately cannot be recycled but fortunately not a single use item and will last for a long, long time!).   RICE is a Danish high quality homewares and accessories company known for colourful melamine.
