Do you need to fill the bath with water before applying?

As with any sealant, you should fill the bath. I didn’t but it was fine. You only have a minute or so to smooth it down as it goes off so fast. I use masking tape apply sealant, spray with soapy water and then remove masking tape and smooth with finger. Don’t lick your finger as this introduces mould !

How bad are the fumes from this, and how long do they take to go away?

Not one of the more potent sealants and the bathroom was clear of any sealant smell within 12 hours approx.. great product 👌🏾

How long should I wait inbetween reaplying

I'd leave it 24hr so to give 1st application time to set
