No heel support
Comfy enough when first worn , doesn't last though. No support in the heel . About 4mm of sole between your feet and the floor if that . Getting pains in back of my legs because there so flat I,LL stick with my old Dunlop slippers which have a decent heel , much better quality but twice the price. You get what you pay for

Poor packaging
Product seems ok but had intended this as a gift for my husband (he loves slippers) however the slippers came in a see through bag with address sticker slapped on which had I not gotten to the post first would have ruined the surprise somewhat! Hopefully they fit and a re comfortable
