I really like this product At night after flosssing and brushing my teeth, I am emptying one capsule into a small dish and manually applying it with my finger to the front and back of my gums, both upper and lower. I just leave it on all night long and it just dissolves into the gum tissue. Hence, no bad morning breath. I also swallow one tablet daily on an empty stomach for my gut health.

To early to tell if this product is working but so far so good!!

I have struggled with bad breath for years tried everything under the sun nothing worked I always had that horrible feeling in the back of my tongue no matter what I did.Tried these at first nothing.I said oh God another failed attempt.BUT... by accident I took them like an hour to half hour before I took anything else to eat or drink and lo and behold that bad taste back of my head was no more.I thought it was a fluke but I've done this every day and I do not have that taste at the back of my mouth anymore I feel more confident talking to people I'm so happy I found this stuff but this is how you have to use it in order for it to work nobody told me this I found this out by accident try it and you will see.

I took them for a month and did not notice a change, but then again how do I notice a change in my breath....I can never smell my breath before so not really sure.

A comprehensive study showed that the use of oral probiotics can diminish bleeding upon probing. Additionally, it indicated a decrease in pocket depth, which is important for where I am currently regarding getting my teeth fixed. An added advantage of probiotic usage is the decreased reliance on antibiotics.These have no real taste and are easy to swallow. They have a high CFU and is GMP approved. Overall a good value for the price.
