Pathetic quality and color! Also no option to return the item back, it's upsetting to see that vendors are selling so costly item without a return policy. This is actually a forced sale wherein the customer is forced to keep the item even if he or she is not satisfied with the product. THIS IS A PATHETIC SALES STRATEGY WHICH SHOULDNT BE SUPPORTED BY AMAZON. Please BAN such supplier.

1. First of all, I am impressed by the packaging. The product came well packaged and intact. All the components of set are received without any damage. 2. Polish is good so it won't fade away soon. Also I like the design which I received. 3. the capacity of the teapot and cups is as mentioned on the product page which is appropriate for me. 4. The saucers are quite sturdy which add cherry on top. 5. Looks quite attractive in the holding stand which can be used for showcase.
