Hurt like HELL the first day, enough that I thought I was gonna have to return them since they didn’t work. Felt little better the next day, and even better the next. My foot muscles were experiencing extreme correction which I didn’t realize. You should probably go with one insert on day one and then add more after. They have helped intensely with my flat feet and plantar fasciitis, and I am able to walk like a normal person with much less pain than before. You do need a shoe with a firmer structure—my converse didn’t work with these, but by new balances were a great fit. 10/10

I am so happy I found this product! It has really changed my comfort level with walking and standing. I had knee surgery over 20 years ago and now arthritis is affecting my daily life. My orthopedic doctor had given me a similar product to this, but I needed more to place in my other shoes. I couldn't believe the difference in my gait and pain level after using the Skyfoot 3 layer adjustable heel wedge! My pain is completely gone and I am walking normally now, no limp. The design of this product adjusts for the bow-legged stance which was causing me pain in my knee, foot, hip. I have a very active life and a warehouse job that keeps me on my feet on hard concrete and this product has been a game-changer for me!

Like: the ability to try different thicknesses on either foot, shock absorbent, but does not compress.For my issue, thinnest size seemed best. Right foot only.Disliked: too short, meaning For my issue, a full length supination pad of this material, raised on outside as much as the thinnest version on top of a thin neutral thickness, would seem to be better. I would then need a neutral pad for my left foot as it has no problem,…to keep legs evenly supported. No neutral pads were available. Price seems high for usable portion, lot of waste if one size works, but I don’t have better idea to find a fit.

They are made of nice material. To get the needed impact, you will have to stack two together. They dowant to move around in. your shoe. Try Gorilla super glue Gel when you know you have the correct lift arranged.

I bought these with some trepidation--I've tried a lot of shoe supports over the years, and none have been quite what I needed. But this set has been really helpful--I actually can wear my sneakers without ankle and heel pain!There are 3 different pieces for each side, so they can be stacked to get as much or as little help as you need, and they can be put into either shoe, thus supporting either the outside or the inside of the heel. I tried 2 different pairs of shoes, and they each needed a different amount of lift, so I put 1 set in one pair of shoes and 2 in another pair. Thus, I got 2 shoes-worth of lifts from one package of inserts.A lot of shoes and inserts focus on good arch support, which is great. But in the process, they turn the inside of my feet up--this leads to pressure on the outside of the heel. I can get cushioning for the heel, but this is the first time I've found support that slightly lifts the outside of the heel. It was very helpful!They do slide around a little bit if you don't stick them down, which means they can't be traded from shoe to shoe easily. However, that's a minor problem, in my opinion. I am buying another set, so I can put them into different pairs of shoes, as well.

I'm really happy with these wedges. Very affordable. They came with 1 pair of higher angle wedges, and 2 pair of lower angle sizes. You can choose the size that works for you and even stack them for added support. You also have the option to use them for under and/or overpronation. And there is a rinseable adhesive on the wedge to switch to different shoes as needed.

This is a good, versatile wedge for your shoes. They can be used individually, or stacked on top of each other, depending on how much support you need. They are a little stiff, but work well under the orthotic prescribed by my podiatrist. Definitely more cost effective than custom orthotics.
