Battery
I love this vacuum. I have owned it for 3 years now the battery doesn’t stay as charged but it still picks up everything.

Love this Vacuum!
I absolutely love this vacuum. It is very lightweight. Easy to use has amazing suction. It’s really not that loud. I think it’s more on the quieter side for a vacuum. I absolutely love the charging station with automatic dump. It cleans it out very well. I think my only complaint Would be that with as much dust and dirt that it picks up it can lower the suction after you’ve been vacuuming for a little bit but it’s really not bad. You just stick it back on the base. Let it clean out and keep using it. My home is 2,200 ft.² , and I am able to vacuum pretty much my entire house on one charge. I would say pretty much is a good value for your money if you get it on sale. Unfortunately I paid full price and then a week later it went on sale.

Don’t buy if your OCD with cleaning
I bought this vacuum less than a year ago. It will be a year in 3 months. At first I was so excited and loved the vacuum. It had a stand and automatically emptied itself. That’s the best part of the entire vacuum. Literally that’s it. My first choice was a Dyson and the model I wanted was sold out so I bought this one. I knew the battery life wasn’t the best but I figured it couldn’t be HORRIBLE. It’s really not good. If you take your time cleaning you may get. Good two maybe 3 rooms vacuumed. The suction sucks. Forget kitty litter or crumbs against a wall unless you get the crevice attachment that’s the only way you’ll get that. Which is super annoying having to carry around and replace when there’s debris the regular floor head won’t pick up. And then all of a sudden it’s dead and takes hours to charge and by the time it’s charged you don’t even want ti vacuum again. There’s no extra battery to purchase either. I came to terms I spent good money on a vacuum that does an ok job and I was outside the return window and figured I would just make do till it gave out and buy a better one. Fast forward to this month and everyone refused to vacuum because what was the point? It didn’t vacuum anything up of importance. If it was bigger than a crumb it got shot around and flew somewhere else in the house or just got stuck and you’d have to dig it out to keep vacuuming. Today I went to vacuum and anytime I vacuumed the carpets it got over heated in a matter of minutes and shut off. And the little flap in the canister refuses to stay shut so when the vacuum turns off all the small debris falls back through the vacuum back onto the floor leaving an even bigger mess. I will say I hardly ever have to clean hair off the roller and it does a good job at that seeing as I shed like a dog and my hair is everywhere it’s never stuck to the roller. I called the warranty department in hopes of good news and while they were nice they had me do a video call and showed me how to clean my vacuum. It was pretty clean as I try to take care of my things and they said just see if that works and if not call back for another video call to trouble shoot some more. If it happened to be faulty they would warranty the handheld part but that’s all. The little flapper in the canister they said was faulty but the cannister was not covered and I would have to purchase a new one so all the debri wouldn’t just fall back onto the floor. However it was out of stock and I was unable to purchase even if I wanted the best they could do was have me call back after my vacuum had charged if tapping the dirt out of the filter didn’t fix the issue. And it wasn’t much. They said they wouldn’t return or replace the vacuum and to ask Amazon. I reached out to Amazon knowing it was well past my return date and they originally told me no. I finally got through to someone else who was able to do a one time return for me. I do have Amazon prime but it looks like they are going to refund me the vacuum minus $40 so many their shipping cost? I’m still waiting to get my refund as I shipped it today but am super thankful for Amazon and that they were kind enough to give me 95% refund months later. I don’t recommend this vacuum to anyone unless you just like to waste your time vacuuming and not actually cleaning. Please buy something else. The battery is horrible the suction is horrible and it just goes downhill from there. I wish I would’ve waited for my Dyson vacuum to be back in stock and didn’t think this would be equally as good. My off brand $100 vacuum lasted longer and did a better job than this.

Never going back to a corded vacuum again!
Okay, so we have big needs when it comes to a vacuum. We have two large dogs, three cats (two that are long hair) and a toddler (plus me and her mom) all living in a 1000sq ft single floor home. We MUST vacuum daily. We have a robot vacuum that does most of the heavy lifting when it comes to daily vacuuming, but it of course doesn't get crevices, furniture, doesn't do well in corners, under cabinets, etc. So, we had a corded Bissell to take care of big messes, and what the robot couldnt get. We went through three of these corded Bissell over the course of two years. THREE. All failed after 8-10 months. Plus, being corded, it really didn't get used as much as it should. Who wants to dole out a 25 ft cord to vacuum one piece of furniture? Or do clean up the dirt the dogs just tracked in? Yeah, nobody. So, we decided to try out a cordless. We settled on this shark here. We loved the fact it has auto empty feature. It may sound gimmicky, but let me tell you, it's awesome! My wife especially used to hate emptying the bin on our old corded vac. Anyone with pets knows that when you let pet hair/dander sit in a vacuum for a week or two, it really starts to stink. So, the air coming out of the vacuum would stink, and emptying the bin in the trash would spread stink everywhere, along with dust and dander. The auto empty feature of this shark is awesome. Put it on the dock, and poof, everything's gone and vacuum is ready to go for it's next use. The amount of filters in the vacuum and the auto empty base ensures absolutely no smells or dust escapes. It is totally worth it and one of the main things we love about this vacuum. The vacuum itself is also extremely good. We were worried about run time and suction power, being cordless, but on auto mode we have enough battery to vacuum the whole 1000sq ft floor, plus do our big sectional couch. You'll definitely use the battery quicker when the roller brush and suction are on high, but it seems to have plenty of battery for us. If you have a large home or lots of rugs/furniture, you may run through the battery quite quickly. Suction on this shark is great as well. It is as good if not better than our old corded Bissell. The roller brush truly is anti-tangle as well. Our dogs are starting their spring shed right now and even with all the hair we have sucked up, the roller brush is completely free of hair. This is the first truly tangle free roller head we've ever had on a vacuum. The only cons to this vacuum definitely aren't deal breakers, more so just quirks. In detect mode, the vacuum is a bit slow detecting. It's slow detecting amount of dirt, it's slow detecting when it's against an edge, and it's slow when its detecting carpet or furniture. When I say slow, I don't mean it takes forever, but if you're vacuuming quickly, you can easily run across a door mat and the vacuum will just be kicking up the suction as you're leaving the mat. If you vacuum a little slower on carpets or against walls, it easily detects them and will do it's thing, but if you're a quick vacuum-er, you'll find the vacuum confused and varying the suction and roller speed constantly as it's trying to catch up to what you're doing. Also, another quirk, the wheels are smooth hard plastic. Our laminate floors are very slippery against smooth hard plastic. So, again if you're vacuuming quickly, and you try to turn the vacuum, it'll have a tendency to want to slide around. Not overly annoying, and if you just slow down a bit it's not noticable, but some rubber coated wheels (like our old Bissell had) would go a long way to fixing this. Overall, this is a great vacuum. Battery life is on par for a cordless vacuum and is plenty for a smaller home, suction is great, auto empty dock is a must have. We find ourselves using this vacuum way more than our old corded model because it's so easy to use. And, for the first few weeks, the auto empty is so fun to watch! EDIT 5/8/2025 This vacuum is a little over a year old. A year of moderate to heavy use, it's still going strong! The roller head STILL has not had ANY tangles, very impressed with that. Battery life has taken a bit of a hit, we can still vacuum the floors throughout the whole house but sometimes dont have enough battery to do the couches. Pretty on par for any rechargeable device though. 10/10 would still recommend.

Vacuum is extremely wobbly on attachments and the self empty dock stoped working after only one use! Very disappointing! Lesson learned no shark fan anymore! Sadly had to return the vacuum, more disappointing is that Shark customer support never answered on my calls, emails, even my seller tried to contact them and nothing!

Sucção pior do que eu esperava. Meu Electrolux de 2020 e muito melhor e custou 1/6 do preço.
