Well so much for reading things thoroughly. I have been trying so much stuff for my horribly painful right heel. Many things make my shoe so tight so I thought a gel cup sounds like it'd work. When I received them I was shocked to see these teeny tiny things. There are 3 sets of two in the package for a really good price. So I thing hmm they're gel and flexible in gonna try it out. These actually felt great on my right heel even tho thru look like they are made for a toddler. I wore one in my shoe all day and it actually helped and took pressure off my painful heel. I'll have to get some that are for an adult foot to see how they work but for now these are working.

The attached pic is from my son's size 3 sneaker. These were a bit too small for his size 3 shoes. As you can see in the picture they are far more narrow than the shoe. They appear to be made of silicone. There is no adhesive and they do not stay put. They were soft and provided cushion but were too small to use. They were supposed to fit a child 2-5 but they appear to be for a much smaller shoe
