Everything included in the package was well thought out and it made the application process was very easy. However even after installing my screen protector perfectly in a dust free environment and adequate cleaning of the screen some bubbles were still visible on the surface. I also disliked how the camera protectors come packaged all together. This means that if I were to crack one of the len protectors, I wouldn’t be able to replace it individually. Nonetheless I’m happy with the quality of this product and how easy the installation process was. Edit: I had to come back and change my review from 3 stars to 5 stars due to the top notch customer service I received! ESR reached back out to me after posting about my negative experience with these screen protectors. They went above and beyond to make things right for me and that alone deserves a 5 star review. The screen protector is nice and clear, the tools that came with it were very helpful in installing the screen. This is the easiest screen I’ve ever put in on phone, did it in one try. It looks great, feels great, no issues with my phone case and my screen is fully protected. +A

The installation was seamless for both the screen and lens covers. Everything adhered well, and the included alcohol wipes, microfiber cloth, lint stickers, and snap on guide made it a breeze. The non-slip mat included was a nice touch as well. No bubbles, no trapped lint. I love that the lens covers are individual. I had previously used a one piece camera protector that failed within a week. This set up makes much more sense. They were even easier to install than the screen. Screen feels good to the touch. Can't comment on the photo quality because I just received my 15 pro and haven't activated it yet. I also purchased the ESR Soft Case with Stash Stand, and I'm a fan.

Package shipped quickly and arrived as described. Contents: Packaging was frustration-free and items were well laid out for me to use. Instructions were clear to me. I've applied screen protectors before but not lens protectors. CON: I wish there were 3 lens protectors to match the 3 screen protectors for our 3 phones. And because ESR doesn't appear to sell a single pack of lens protectors, it seems I have to buy their 2-pack. Now, I'll have one extra lens protector with extra packaging. Wasteful. Installation: I used all the items to clean, remove dust, and apply the screen protector. CON: I wish the plastic application frame rested more firmly and more centered on the phone for me to get the screen protector to stick more centered. During one of my screen protector applications, bubbles appeared that I couldn't press out (see photo) so I slowly lifted up and lowered the protector and that worked. The small non-skid mat was excellent to keep my phone very still during installation. The protector began to lift up along the sides after I installed the Otterbox Defender case, but I pressed it down for several minutes and it's still pressed on nicely a week later. Usage: We've already accidentally dropped the phones (from about chair seat height) and the protectors did not crack or chip. I'm not sure why there's a black border around the screen protector, but as you can see in my photo, I can't really tell it's there when I'm using the phone. The edges of the glass are smooth enough for me when I'm using the Apple Clear Case with the exposed bottom or when using no case.

I have used many brands of phone screens, thus by far us the best! I drop my phone often ! Great product!

I bought this screen protection set along with the ESR kickstand. The combo of the two has saved my phone multiple times when I accidentally dropped it - no dents, chips, or cracks, on the phone. Fully protected. Plus, the installation of the screen protector and the camera lens was a breeze. The frame that comes with the installation makes it very easy to put the protector on and straight. Highly recommend.

These protectors are a step above what I normally get since I consider these types of items disposable. However, I wanted the camera lens protectors so I thought I’d give these a try. The installation process was simple and the protectors feel very nice. The packaging was superb too with no chance of any protectors breaking during shipping. My only major problem is shared by other reviewers and that’s the black border that widens the bezel. This negates a major design feature of the phone. Why add a black bezel to the protector?! I’ve had this cut off information from my display and I will be looking for a new screen protector that fits the phone better. UPDATE: After 1 month of use, one of the camera lens protectors cracked while I was holding my phone in my hand during a FaceTime call. I didn’t drop it or hit it on anything, just standing outside in the cold. I don’t trust this product and will be purchasing a replacement from a different brand.

I like the fact that you can purchase with the camera lens covers. Easy to install. Packaging is rather large but if it is needed to protect the product so be it. I love the guide for the screen protector installation. Always great that you receive more than one screen protector as well. Overall another great product for ESR.
