Energizer 3 x LED High Tech 9.2 w = 60w BC B22 Bayonet Cap GLS Globe Warm White Energy Saving Light Bulbs

We were looking for a low cost replacement bulb in a 60w requirement in our house. As we have replaced other standard bulbs with firstly low cost fluorescent bulbs, there was this application where they were not suitable, so we looked at LED and came up with these Guys. These are size for size equivalents and light output is comparable to the current 60w bulb used. So we looked at the potential cost saving over a year comparing both Bulb types. So the 1 single conventional bulb was £20 per year and the LED was £3 per year, which may seem a small saving over 12 months, but added to other savings that can be achieved using other replacement LED bulbs ( see my review of the 1.5w SES pigmy bulb ) this saving is worth having. As yet we have not been able to establish experience as to their expected long life, but with the pedigree on the box of Energizer who we are sure would not put their name on c**p, these should have a long life. From us this bulb gets a BIG 5 stars+

Seem to last well so far. VERY bright.

Bought 2 sets of these as they were advertised with an energy rating of A+ however when they arrived they had an f rating which Incan get for half the price elsewhere. Will be returning.

Very poor light.

Warm white bulbs are not meant to be as bright as daylight and cool white bulbs, so why are these so bright?I've had to unfortunately take this bulb back out of my new ceiling lightshade. The bulb started to hurt my eyes and give me a headache, due to the brightness.I've had to put the old Philips genie bulb back in, until I can find another replacement bulb.

bought identical brand: A rated bulbs, only to receive F rated!Pack of 3 ordered was actually pack of 4, oddly.returned the lot.
