Good product and heating gives very good relief for shoulder pain. best part is it works on DC power and safe to use.Fitting is good, I personally recommend this for shoulder pain

Good product difficult to use
I have used this product for a month now. Here are the things you should know before purchasing:-Pro:-It works well. It provides heating and it is mostly safe to use as it does not use AC voltage.Cons:-1. It is very difficult to use the strap. The size of strap is small and that makes it very difficult to wear.2. The location of the power button is not even visible. You need to put a lot of effort to ensure that the heating setting(there are three) is what you need.If the power button was more accessible and the straps a little bit easier to use, It would deserve five stars then.
