Was not sure when it arrived vacuum packed but after I left it to settle it was surprisingly firm. Very supportive to sleep with and with the ability to alter the position even better. I will be buying another one for my husband it helps with nighttime congestion my neck pain and reflux.

I’ve not long been involved in a Hit and Run actually nearly lost my life and broke 7 ribs in the process, but I’m in recovery now after I discharge myself, I needed something to help support my back like the hospital bed did, and I got this arrived today and went infatuated it’s within a couple hours, just tested it there and I really couldn’t be happier!!! Soft but firm exactly what I needed for my recovery this product is going to save me a world of pain for sure, God bless whom ever deigned this! Thank you

This bed wedge is incredible value and really helped me sleep after sinus surgery! It's so adjustable i can have it at pretty much any height, nice and wide so I don't roll off it in my sleep, and it doesn't "slip down" in the night so however you go to sleep is the height you'll wake up at. I will say that the Velcro at the bottom of the "ramp" is inconveniently placed and will scratch you quite badly so I had to cover it with a tshirt. This wouldn't be an issue if I wanted to use the small half circle pad at the bottom of the ramp as then it would be covered but I didn't find that comfortable for sleep. The pad is very good and firm and will absolutely be used in our household in the future for coughs and sicknesses where sleeping elevated will help. Highly recommend.

If I sleep on my back, or if I don't have my upper body and head elevated, apparently I snore quite a bit. Trying to prop myself up on soft pillows never seems to work, so I got this wedge pillow form TokSay and have been very happy with it. My wife says it has noticably helped with the snoring since I'm now up on an angle. It takes some getting used to though. I'm a side sleeper that has slept on my left side exclusively (when falling asleep anyway) for the past 15 years. While being propped up on your back with a wedge like this is comfortable because you're basically just sitting up a bit, if you are a side sleeper you are basically just bending sideways at the waist with a wedge like this and it's a bit strange and a little uncomfortable. Imagine just tilting your upper body to the side by 30 degrees and hold it that way. It's not ideal. However, I do use a regular pillow with this and sort of work around it by lowering the angle of the wedge as much as possible and I place the little half cylinder pillow that this comes with under my waist/hips and it seems to help alleviate some of the strange angle that occurs there.

Use it every day to read in bed. It’s sturdy but very soft. You can use the little wedge with bed pillows or with the large wedge to recline in bed. Very comfortable used it after surgery to recline

Its been a while since purchase and these positioning wedges are still perfect! The fabric sorta sticks to itself so they stay put and make the perfect support for sitting up/elevating in bed. Initially I was unsure because they are vacuum packed, but they are firm enough for the support I wanted. The only down side is now I dont want to get out of bed!

I struggled between 4 and 5 stars. I was a bit shocked when I first lay on the pillow; it is as hard as a rock. However, even though I have had only one night on it, it certainly seems to do the trick. I woke up this morning and was surprised to find I had been asleep for a few hours which is very unusual for me because I too often get woken by my choking after aspirating. Until now, I have had to try to sleep with my neck bent up on 3 or 4 pillows, and wake up sore and stiff. This pillow will very possibly save my life. Unless you can find one that's a bit softer, go ahead and get this one. But even the hardness of it didn't prevent me from having a better sleep than I have had in a few years.
