I've tried other Sera products, and the quality is excellent. Natural blends created in the UK, and that counts for something.After trying another Sera ointment for my itchy, cracked elbows, I decided to give this extra strength version a go.The ingredients are all clearly listed, and are mostly oils and fragrances it seems - but the combination smells delightful and very much different to the usual chemical laden odours of the double base cream I usually use.Sadly, for me, this cream didn't cure my issue. It does however really give almost instant relief to my dry, cracked, and hot/ itchy elbows - which seem to flare up during the summer months when I'm spending a lot of time on my desk.Still the best remedy for me is double base cream, and sadly although I love the Sera products, the simple double base cream is better for me.But, again, with these kinds of all-natural products, they work better for some folk than others, so I'm still happy to recommend this brand and product for the sheer quality and ethics alone.
