Out of 15 pens...I can only use 13. Yellow was dried up and appeared used. Black was faulty.
I began using these with bright colors....so I didn’t test them all when they arrived.I primed a marker as I needed it....just assuming they would all be fine. When I reached for the black, it would prime but it wouldn’t hold paint. I was dipping the nib back and forth into the puddle of paint I would get when pressing on paper to prime it. I’ve used paint markers many times and I know this is just a faulty pump or nib. The paint just won’t flow and stay in the nib and when pumped, it puts too much....but by the end of ur line or word, it needs more paint and u get too much every time. Sigh. The rest of the colors were perfect. The nibs are a nice size. Not fine but not medium or large. The yellow was pigmented right from the box but when I shook it....I knew it was going to be a problem because it made no sound. It’s completely dried up as if someone used the yellow and then the package sat on a shelf for a long time without use.I can’t send them back because I used the others....and the drop off spot for Amazon is 45min from my rural home.I now have to purchase a separate black fine point as well as a yellow.I also purchased the medium size pens and will check them before I use any.Be aware u might get some pens that just won’t work in this set.I’ll try to upload an image. I don’t see the option here.

Paint pens are okay
I was really hoping for a great paint pen, these are half the price of the leading brand. At first I was very pleased, they filled the nibs nicely which is half the battle. The colors are not what I would consider normal, Lime looks like a light leaf green not the vibrant lime I am familiar with. The same goes for all the other colors, they are "off" and not vibrant at all.Even with that I was able to make them work with my patterns on glass, however when I go to use them again on another day I can't get the paint to flow into the nibs as they have dried up with the paint. I do make sure the caps are on tight, but there is no "click" as with the leading brand. I have used the more expensive brand with months even years between a use and always had a good product waiting for me. If you plan to use these is a class or other that is quick and not going to be used again then the price is worth it. Otherwise I will go back to the better paint pen. Too bad I was really excited.

Paint Pens are like the Easy Button!
I had never used paint pens before but was working on a project with stenciling that I wanted to look tidy. These will be my new go to for detailed areas. I did distress the wood/paint for a more vintage look. I do a lot of crafting so these are a game changer since they are so easy to use!! Will definitely buy again!

Good product
I used these for wood and Christmas ornaments. They worked well. They took a minute to get working, but once you got them to work, they were good as gold!!

These are top notch Paint pens! Comes in 15 colors and impressive quality.
I got this Amazing deal on these Thornton's Art paint pens. My daughter is 7 and created some of the most beautiful artwork I've ever seen her make with these relatively inexpensive pens! My husband is a professional artist and even he was impressed with the quality. I was very happy with this spontaneous purchase.

Worth the $$
I have tried many oil based pens for painting on rocks, shells, pots. These are the only ones who have worked for me. I sprayed some painted shells w polyurethane and the paint ran a bit....
