OMG these are AMAZING!! We have a labrador and 6 cats, yes, 6. The dog would never sit still long enough to be brushed, we might have been able to get two swipes in with a brush or comb. The cats....well, they're cats. "Oh purrrrr...that feels nice human slave...it feels good....STOP!!! STOP!!! YOU'VE BRUSHED ME 3 TIMES!!! YOU KNOW NOT TO BRUSH ME MORE THAN 3 TIMES!!! I'M OUTTA HERE!!" But now, they ALL hang around, most of them longer than what I want them to! "OK, I've pet/brushed you for at least 10 minutes, it's someone else's turn." Animal that was being groomed: "Like h*** it is! I didn't give you permission to stop! Hey.....hey....where you going?? Why are you grooming/petting her? You know she doesn't like you, right? Come back to me!" Yup! I was surprised that out of 7 animals, every single one of them love it, even the ones that usually don't want anything to do with grooming, petting, or you! Highly recommend!

Amazing!! I have a long haired cat who has terrible trouble with hairballs and blockages to the point of having surgery. Unfortunately he doesn't like being groomed, (he gets very, very pissed off) and I couldn't help remove the extra coat.I thought these gloves were worth a try, good reviews etc. I AM STUNNED. When he saw the glove he looked a bit wary but when I started running it over his back, he just rolled over and purred. He would have let me do it all day. The amount of hair that came off was incredible, and that's all going in the trash instead of inside the cat. I also tried the gloves on my two other cats and my dogs and they all loved the sensation. I give this product, 5 starts, 2 thumbs up, 10 out of 10 and every other high score.

have a rag doll who is 99% fur 1% cat. this glove is perfect for daily shedding. It won't get the mats but should help prevent them. he loves when I use it.

At last a comfy grooming glove. I don’t have small or big hands…these fit just right with adjustable wristbands. They are firm enough to get the job done without being too stiff (comfy for me and my pets). My husband has both our labs in his truck (with fabric seats) all the time…irritating for me if I get in wearing dark clothing…I get covered in hair! This stuff will not vacuum up! I wet these grooming gloves and pull them across the seats, makes a lovely fur-ball I can then vacuum up more easily…who knew! They are gentle enough for my 8mth old kitten who loves to be groomed with these (also,likes to run off &play with them). Great product, great price…normally you only get one for this price…I have two hands!! This is not a fake review, I highly recommend them!

Wonderful product. Wish I had these from the beginning. Reduced the amount of time to groom my big dogs significantly. What I do now: Use this product first for about 10 minutes, follow with a regular brush for 5 minutes, then Furminator until I'm satisfied with how much I'm getting off. I used to spend up to 1 hour once a week on my long haired shepherd. Reduced that to about 30 minutes by using the Pet Grooming Gloves first!!! Very satisfied. Make sure you use them until the gloves look like they have miniature dog-hair rugs on them then just peel them off!

Eureka....it works. My 14 year old 15 pound cat, Audi, has displaced aggression and will not allow me to brush him. He's a Ragdoll mix and is on Prozac.......the glove does work as advertised and the hair really accumulates on the glove.......leading, we hope, to less hairballs!!

Effective deshedding tool but, as others have said, it doesn’t trap every fur (small clumps end up in the air) and every piece of hair doesn’t peel out when throwing the fur away (some pieces are still stuck to the silicone and some are embedded in the fabric). I end up using a hand vac to get remaining pieces but there’s still some left behind. HOWEVER, I give it 4 stars because my cats actually let me use this on them. They hate all other brushes (slicker, boar bristle, comb, furminator, etc etc) but tolerate this!! Their coats definitely look shinier and healthier after a 1-2 min session and since I’m brushing them daily, or every other day, I’m noticing less fur around the house. I brush both of my short-haired cats at the same time to get more fur in the mitt. It’s much easier to peel the fur out of the glove when there’s more in there. I’m considering buying a second as it may be easier to brush with two hands at a time...

I bought to use on my cat. I had read another review that said her cat was afraid of it so I left the glove laying on the bed while kitty snoozed. Later she sniffed it and played with it a little. That evening I started petting her with it and she couldn't get enough of it. The hair came off easily. Nice product, easy to use.

I can actually get it near him to brush him and he likes it, doesn’t pick up as much hair as I expected and what it does collect isn’t as easy to remove as the pictures would have you believe

This is great for your cats and if you have a fabric couch this is good too remove cat hair too.. It take a little finesse to brush the cats.. and you may get some cat hair on you as well.. but over all a good product.
