Most of the songs are from the band's 1992 album Seven, considered to be the most successful of the 11 albums James put out, and rightfully so because it reached #2 on the UK Charts and contained no less than four very successful singles. This DVD contains 12 tracks including the hits 'Ring the Bells', 'Sound', 'Seven' and 'Born of Frustration'. Bonus material includes 4 promo videos, 'Come Home', 'Born of Frustration, 'Sound' and 'Seven' plus 2 different Screen savers. Universal. 2005.

Ring The Bells is on it, so it's worth buying. Great live performance (no surprise) of a superb album
