Norstar100 Watt Step Up and Down Two Way Universal Travel Voltage Transformer Converter

I bought a used one that wouldn't work; after that I tried with a new one instead, and it works perfectly! I use it for small appliances. It is very small with respect to other power watt step up devices and works for step down as well. It is perfect for travelling!

Would give stars. Completely useless to have a converter that uses a US 110v plug only. Unable to plug into 220v outlets. Garbage do not buy.

Works as intended. Simple to use. Can be a bit bulky but thats expected. Compact enough to carry for travel.

This product is hit and miss. I purchased five, one was defective out of the box (I got a replacement though). Since then two have failed after about six months. They just stop working for no apparent reason. They are rated to 100W and I have used nothing more than 50W with them so it is not overloading.

I used this for something it wasn’t designed for but it worked great.I needed a 120-220v transformer for an embedded system.Popped the lid on this and removed the transformer. Some re-wiring and it works great!

I previously left a negative review only to discover that it was user error on our part. The voltage watt was higher on my hairstyling tool than we thought.

Arrived faster than expected. The device works perfectly as claimed. This is a must for all travellers as it can convert 110-220 and also 220-110. The switch provided is for input voltage. That should be clearly mentioned in the packaging otherwise there is an easy chance to save the device.

Worked well until it stopped working... 6 months is a little short!
