Trueview 2MP Smart CCTV Wi-fi Home Security Camera with Pan Tilt 360° View, 2 Way Talk (2MP Dual Light Smart Camera)

Great camera for home if you live in apartments. I have been using this for close to three months now and it’s worked fantastic, I strongly believe that as long as you make sure that you maintain stuff, it definitely won’t break. That’s why I ensure that on a monthly basis, I clean the camera and clean it up so there’s no dust around the lens or around the body of it to ensure that the motors don’t get jammed and the motion tracking works as intended. I did happen to have a small issue with events, not showing up on the app, for some reason, I tried every possible troubleshooting step, including uninstalling the app, logging out resetting the camera, but nothing somehow worked. So I reached out to the trueview Support, which was pretty easy. It just took two minutes of hold time, I was connected with the engineer, Harish, who was actually quite helpful and followed up with me for continuously three days in a row and finally helped me fix the issue. It apparently required some sort of a backend update from their developer team, and once they did that, it started to show everything just like it did before, so I gotta say the Support is really good. The team works flawlessly, and if you want a camera where you can reach out and ask for assistance, or in case you’re coming across any trouble, then trueview is certainly the one to go for. Thanks for the great support Harish! Overall all features are great! However, I do think that the quality of camera and the video resolution is not so great. It does say five megapixel, but it doesn’t feel like it. I’ve tried to compare it with other two megapixel and three megapixel cameras and it somehow lands in the same bin, so I think the fact that they’re calling it is 5MP is somewhat of a gimmick, but it still does the job for a daily basis usage and for a normal monitoring CCTV camera. I use it indoor in apartments so there is no concern about it being waterproof or having strong Wi-Fi connection because it does justify with a 2.4 GHz modem. I own another CP plus camera so I have to say that trueview is much better when it comes after sales support, annd overall value for money with the product. Although they say that CP plus is a pretty reputed brand, I have always noticed that reaching out to them is a big challenge. I will update the review around 6 months to explain the long term performance

Good working and good pictures

Best camera with awesome audio and video quality. Covers approx. 15 meter distance. Alarming sound is nice and easy to install.

This camera is working 2 days at my apartment. So far I can say it is easy to install, very clear to operate. No need for technical support. The application is easy to understand. This camera is sufficient for my purpose of watching my cat. If you want archive you need to buy a memory card or a cloud. Perhaps I will buy something later. Hope it will keep working well. Recommended!

Product is okay-okay. You cant expect much from..2mp cctv camera.but.images are not sharp.. in night vision.it is showing pixels.have to switch every time to HD from.SD.

For the price, it's excellent; the night vision is a good feature that compromises the quality of the capture, and the recording is clear. Overall, excellent value for the money. I tested every parameter, and the product produced results that satisfied me. Thus, it was a good deal. You are able to purchase it.
