Stupid All I wanted was just a replacement topper.
The plastic brass colored flag topper is broken. Tried to just replace the topper, could not be done. Had to ship the complete flagpole back for a refund. Then reorder. Decided did not want to wait for reorder to show up. So, I kept my broken topper and will buy a real metal one.

The flag pole stands tall and holds flags quite well and as the wind blows they turn into its direction. One problem is that the third link from he top of the pole is very week, my neighbor has the same pole and the wind bent and creased his third link so with that in mind, I let my pole down at that link to prevent bending. Today, 4-12-2024 our winds are topping out at 30 mph and my pole is holding up well.

The pole is strong and easy to assemble.
This is a nice flagpole that is easy to assemble. The flag is also very nice. One issue however is that the pole sections need to be screwed together because they are not a tight fit. This causes the top pully to move with the wind and twist the rope around the pole from the rope tie-down. The pole also spins in the plastic pipe buried in the ground. No provision is included in the package to do this, so I drilled and screwed them together.

Telescoping pole doesn't telescop after a fe uses, walk away!
Flag pole worked fine at first. After a few uses it would not retract, couldn't loosen the twist locks of the sections. I only barely tighten the twist locks, just enough to keep the pole from coming back down, the segments were completely jammed / locked into place. I tried everything to get the twist locks loose. NOTHING worked. Not even a pipe wrench would loosen them. Buyer Beware!

You get what you pay for
The flag pole was sturdy. We found 25ft was to high for the winds we get in NC. Took out a link. Perfect. The Flag so, so flimsy, poorly made it may last a month. The links they give you to hang on the flag, we're so cheap the springs in two did not work. Very disappointed in the flag. I'll go tomorrow get the ties to hold the flag, and order another flag from an American company. I guess $75.00 plus taxes was worth the pole. It remains to be seen if it will last.
