Ordered late on Monday night and sent over the personalised words we wanted using the "Contact Seller" option after we had placed the order. I was a bit anxious about the process of them matching our words to our order and whether I had done it correctly. We paid for express delivery as we needed it quickly but they actually exceeded their own deadline - we got it Wednesday morning instead of Thursday! The product is fabulous - it is not a canvas bag but a dense silky nylon which seems stronger and is more attractive than we expected. The printing is precise, clear and colourful and the bag will make a wonderful gift. The service and product from this company is exceptional. I am now planning more orders!

Lovely bag with all the words on that we wanted. Arrived earlier than stated which was wonderful service. Good value Just one criticism I was hoping for more of a hessian type bag - the fabric (I am sure is strong) but it was shiny and felt synthetic which was a shame but overall a great gift and my friend loved it
