My brother who is was the last of my 4 siblings died unexpectedly recently. I wanted to find a way to bring peace to his wife and 4 children. This stepping stone's message was appreciated by all of them. It is very well made and a great weight to put in a garden or yard where it will get constant pressure from footsteps. Instead of sending flowers or a food gift, this was a perfect way to have a daily reminder of John's presence. It is a great gift and very beautiful. I am glad I found it on Amazon. If you find other garden stones from other vendors, look to see what the weight of the item is. I found others that weigh less - only a little more than a pound on other vendor sites and reviews said the stone was often broke when it arrived. I doubt it would withstand long-term use in a garden or lawn.

It is really nice, especially for the money. I'll have to see how it survives the Michigan winters before I give it 5 stars. But, it looks nice and has a nice message in my garden. I wouldn't use it as a stepping stone though, I just have it sitting in my garden.

I generally buy these for family and friends that have lost a love one. I love the saying on this garden stone. This garden stone is of good quality, is a nice size and the colors are so nice. I personally think it is nice gift with good value for your money and everyone that has received them has loved them. I think you will be happy with this if you get this as a memorial gift.
