Tough to beat!
I've been using an amazing Wayne pump for about 12 years now, in a canal running beside my property that drains stormwater from my neighborhood. It's showing signs of exhaustion, so I decided to replace it with this pump. I've only had it for a week, but I've had some nice rains to try it out. Mind you, this sits on a grill at the bottom of the ditch, anchored by rocks so that it doesn't wash away. So it is dirty water. Only time will tell, but right now this thing starts up as soon as the water level comes up to a couple of inches, and it just keeps pumping until there's no water left. I run a hose from this pump into my gardens, So I get lots of free water to take care of the azaleas and Japanese maples that are growing in my woods. This is a great pump, and it has the look of my Wayne pump and a tough build. I think it's going to do just as good a job and hopefully it'll last for 12 years or more! Really saves on my watering bill.

Great sump pump, great value
Great value sump pump, works well with a large volume of water removal, and gives me peace of mind during storms. The automation is a plus! The company answers back quickly to any info or requests that you might have, great communicators.

Acquaer pumps used outdoors for heavy rain flooding
These pumps gave us the piece of mine of keeping our home dry as our lanai floods during heavy rain storms. We purchased our first pump, just dealing with the regular Florida downpours and then with the impending hurricane season, we purchased the second pump which unbelievably kept the water off the linai at all times! They worked beautifully. They turned on and off by themselves as the product description listed. They exceeded our expectation with keeping our home safe and dry, and we were truly grateful. I would highly recommend this product. You would not be disappointed ❤️ Feeling grateful and blessed from Saint Augustine, Florida the G family

Don't waist your money
You can't buy replacement parts for this sump pump , the bottom screen broke on mine and there's no replacement parts so now i have to spend another hundred dollars for a new pump !!! Customer service sucks since there is no one to reach !!

Long lasting does the job
we use this for a front entrance fountain that runs 24 hours a day. We normally have to replace this every eight months because of it. Which makes it last a little longer in our application. I would consider the pump a good quality. It’s easy to use and functional. The water. Flow was great.

works as advertised
I've only tested this pump in a bucket so far, so I can't say anything about longevity. It's replacing a different brand where the switch broke and left it running continually when the water was all gone. The sump is dry now, but the pump may be needed when the snow melts, so it's plugged in and waiting. It's simple to install - set in the sump, plug into 120V, connect the hose adapter/backflow valve. It turns on when the water is about 2 inches, it pumps a lot of water, and then it stops when all but a fraction of an inch of water is gone. The one surprise was that it keeps running 10 seconds after the water is down below the switch. I think that's an improvement over the one it replaces, since it will get more of the last bit of water.

Okay for the money
bought this on price and sorta’ got what I paid for; body is solid which is better than the Water Bug I used to own but broke at the hose connection; issue I have is it needs priming more and more with use, and I’m concerned the motor will eventually burn out (early); but yeah, it works
User
Great service and they back their product
This rating is for the service I received from Acquaer. I had complained about the float switch not being reliable and I couldn’t return it because it was past the return policy. They reached out and offered me a full refund. I appreciate the good service and that they back their product even though they didn’t have to. Hence, I’m updating rating to 5 stars!

Fonctionne toujours très bien après un an d’usure.

Broke down in less than 1 year. Non existent after sales support.
Pump failed in less than a year. Apparently the manufacturer is based out of Hungary so seems like almost no after sales support for the product. Amazon will not help. I have emailed the company, will update here if and when I hear back from them. If you are buying from North America just beware.

I left on window well because my neighbours down spouts are somehow on my side and well fills pretty quick. Today on flash flooding rain, pump could not keep up with, I had to use buckets , water was not coming out fast enough but after two buckets out , worked fast when was seeing top of pump
