Really happy this product exists. Made vegetarian Pho yesterday, having this "fish sauce" really helped my broth develop. Soup was great! So happy I found this!

It was unfortunately unbearable to the taste. It tastes like the salt water I use to gargle for a sore throat. I was really hoping for a savory vegan fish sauce and this is not even close. Awful smell and awful taste. I grew up in a Vietnamese family with traditional fish sauce and this was not even close.

As a vegan you want that seafood flavor. It has that, just what I was looking for.
