Amazing robot vacuum that has already changed our daily life!
We absolutely love this robot vacuum! It connected to both my phone and Alexa in just a few minutes, and it responds to voice commands very well. The setup was quick and easy, even for someone who isn't very technical. The cleaning performance is excellent. After the very first cleaning, our floors were literally shining! It cleaned the corners really well, and I also enabled the "clean close to walls" option in the app, which made the results even better. It picks up dust, cat hair, and dirt much better than I expected. The only thing I would like to see improved is the voice control. I wanted Alexa to clean only the kitchen for a second time, but instead the robot started cleaning the entire apartment again. It would be fantastic if voice commands could easily start cleaning a specific room instead of the whole house. Another small suggestion for the developers is to support more languages. At the moment, the language options are quite limited. Please add more languages in future updates! Apart from these small things, this robot has been amazing. It has already saved us so much time, and now I can spend that time with my family instead of vacuuming every day. I'm genuinely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it! ๐

Very impressive robotic hoover - the Eufy 15C
I purchased this hoover owing to my always never having enough time to get the hoovering done around my Autistic son. I had been watching it for a while on Amazon and then a daily deal came up for this model so I purchased it. Mine is the Eufy 15C. My wife was very dubious about it when I brought it home and it scoffed it as another one of my โman gadgetsโ but as hoovering is one of my many self-committed routine tasks it was willing to give it a go. My wife has since retracted her statement and tells everyone about our new member of the family lol. I have been using a cyclonic hoover for a while but as with most hoovers, they can be quite noisy, which unfortunately doesn't sit well with my sonโs disability so we could only really hoover when he was at school etc and as we both work full time so this was always a bit of an issue. I decided on the robotic vacuum as I could set it going while no-one is at home which would be ideal. Well I must say I am actually very impressed with this item. It is actually very quiet, in fact so quiet that you could effectively have it running at night to a degree. It sounds nothing like a normal hoover, you just here the sound of gentle โwhooshโ as it soldiers on sucking up the dirt. I generally have to set it to run twice (owing to point 1 below) but it does a very good job of picking up dust and keeping the house tidy, I have it running 3 times a week now on the schedule built into the Android app and I am very happy as a result. The suction is pretty good for the size of the unit, its beyond me how it manages to pick up so much as the dust collector always seems to be pretty full after every run, the dust collector is nice and easy to empty too. We have a mixture of carpet, rugs, wooden and tiled floors and works well on all, it has therefore taken up the job of a hoover and a floor brush. Unfortunately there are some minor issues and these are the ones I have encountered so far: 1) Unfortunately it goes around the house aimlessly hoovering as it does, this has sometimes resulted in the vacuum covering the same rooms multiple times, whilst its great that those rooms are then incredibly clean it runs out of charge so it canโt complete the job in one go (although I have quite a large bungalow). 2) It doesnโt detect black or reflective items very well, whilst this isnโt really a problem you will no when it has detected a black object as you will hear a bang as it bumps into it. The hoover does have a reactive front bumper though which suppresses the knocks so it shouldnโt damage anything. Anything else, including clothes left on the floor, it seems to detect it quite well and keeps away from the object by a couple of inches, turns and then heads on its merry way. 3) Some thin carpets cause an issue. One of my children has one of those playmat rugs/carpets, the type that is made up of roads and a town/farm that sort of thing. It is quite a large one though so I leave it down otherwise I would just lift it out of the way. The hoover can sometimes get caught on the edge as it goes over the top of it and it has climbed so high that it almost flips over as a result. This has happened on many occasions but not always, it really depends on what angle the hoover approaches the rug at. 4) The Hoover can climb! I have found it mating with the shoes on our shoe rack on the first rung on a couple of occasions. Donโt ask me how itโs made it up there but it has, I just lift it off and away it goes again. A word of warning; make sure you move any cables, bits of string etc out of the path of the hoover, I would also recommend tidying up any frayed carpet or move any mats that have frayed edges on them (even by design) off the floor. Basically, the hover canโt detect them and will happily gobble them up stopping the hoover in its tracks! The hoover will stop at that point and send an alert to the app advising what the problem is which is a very good feature, you can then use the โlocateโ option to locate the hoover, address the issue, and then get it going again, this will teach you what to look out for the next time! I had a situation where the hoover managed to slip under a set of drawers in a bedroom and gobble up the lamp cable which was up against the wall at the back of the drawers which sent the lamp crashing to the ground. I didnโt actually think the hoover would make it under there but it did, I now just block the opening with a couple of thin boxes and the hoover detects them and then backs away. These are all things you learn and you will get a fair idea of what you need to tidy away or up before you set the hoover going. I would recommend keeping an eye on it for the first couple of runs just so you can get an idea of the issues it may face and address them, if any. To be honest I have no doubt you will follow it around at first anyway just out of sheer curiosity, unless this isnโt your first robotic vacuum. I like the way it can be controlled from anywhere and the fact you can set schedules. The other thing I like is the fact you can set it to do spot cleaning and edge cleaning etc, these are very handy as you can just pick the hoover up, place it over the spot and set the specific task running. The hoover also has its own controller if you donโt have and Android or Apple iPhone but I havenโt actually used it. All in all, I am really attached to our little โroad sweeper - Mr Hooverโ (named by our children) it does a great job and deals with a tedious task very well. As I have it running multiple times a week the floors are now a lot cleaner. I would envisage still having to take the full on hoover once in a while, although there hasnโt been a need yet, and it may be purely as a curiosity exercise to see how much is left behind by the Eufy. Would I recommend it, yes, is it worth the money, yes, has it made my Autistic son happy that he doesnโt need ear defenders any more when the hoover is running, a huge yes! If you have the money go buy it!

Simple to use and works really well.
I have owned the X8 Pro with SES for about 2 weeks now. This is my first robot vacuum. I find Anker/Eufy products are generally decent quality and value and this is no exception. The setup was very simple, the app is well made and has all the functionality you will need with a simple interface. The vacuum itself does a good job. On first use it sets out and finds the edges of all rooms to create a map. Once thats done the cleaning starts. It's not as powerful as my regular Shark vacuum but definitely good enough. I was impressed the vacuum was able to climb onto my shaggy rugs and clean them too, only once getting into a spot of bother when an upturned corner of the rug trapped it. I've only used the mopping feature once so far, but it was simple to set up and did a good job. The vacuum itself seems well built and should withstand a lot of use. Itโs not very loud in operation but the self emptying station does make quite a racket for a few seconds whilst doing its thing. There is an option to disable self emptying at certain hours. I have found the SES to work really well and Iโm pleased I opted for this, its would be a drag to have to manually empty the vacuum every few days. I have the vacuum scheduled to run 3 days per week when Iโm at work. You have to make sure the floor is clear from any potential tangles or hazards before you set it off. Not a big deal. To come home from work to a fully vacuumed floor is a delight I have not yet become accustomed to! Overall Iโm very pleased with this. You may still need the occasional regular vacuum, but to keep on top of cleaning itโs perfect.

Overall a great product, bought again after several years. Not perfect but great value.
This is overall an excellent product, I bought one a few years ago and it sadly died after using it twice daily for two years, and couldn't be fixed so in researching its replacement I ended up buying the same one again as it was such as simple good product. I can tell they have updated it and made changes the filters and software meaning it's still current. After several years of use here's the key takeaways Pros - 1) much better at actually cleaning than i expected, gets into the corners, maps the room and recognises if you've taken it upstairs to another known map. You can set deeper cleans too, such as at night or while you are at work, you can tell it to do the kitchen or set areas twice. 2) It can deal with changes in furniture or people, never has an issue finding where it is even if you think the surroundings may have changed. 3) the self-emptying dust collection is really good, i've tested it and it really does empty the full tank really well. The dustbins liners last a long time and they're easy to empty if you prefer to spend a bit of time fiddling it if don't want to order fresh ones. 4) Its pretty good at climbing small ledges like change in flooring, matts or rugs. 5) the active detangling is good at ensuring hair doesn't wrap around the roller 6) The base station is really compact, easy to set up and compared to others ive seen isn't as massive or space taking. although the instructions share you need clearance either side, mine works fine up against a cupboard and within a small alcove. The base station size and compactness is what swayed me to re-buy. Also, it comes with a carpet base matt, if you want to place it on carpet giving you more choice. 7) the smart integration is really good when it works (i've had issues recently but this may be Alexa or Eufy not sure what the issue is). Alexa ask robovac to go home is great for when you are in a work call. 8) Customer service is really good, messaging through amazon chat is the easiest, they sent me new filters when I got an old version by accident, and they continued to check back to ensure I was satisfied or if it was resolved. Cons 1) It gets stuck quite a bit, a sock or cable will mean you come home to it stuck and it hasn't been able to finish it's clean, it doesn't have the avoidance features some have, ie notices a shoe or a sock and goes around it, can't do that so if you have a cluttered floor from kids or lazy husbands all the time you might get frustrated with having to help it all the time. 2) It can be noisy going over tiles, but i think a recent firmware update has helped this. 3) The self emptying is very loud, this is ok for me as i set it to only empty every few times, but some people may be frustrated with the loudness. 4) the filter still needs to be cleaned, it does a good job at emptying the tray, but you still need to complete the filter cleaning regularly 5) The mop tank needs filling often, if you want to use this regularly, if you want it as an accessional mop this is not an issue. Overall I would recommend this, it's often on amazon for 349/320GBP so wait for a sale.

His name is Bob - he does a great job
This robovac has truly become an indispensable member of our household, we think of it more like a pet than an appliance! Our floors have never looked so consistently clean, Bob is an absolute game-changer for daily and weekly maintenance, keeping on top of dust and debris so we dont have to. Its a completely hands-off experience โ we just set it to run while we're out, and come home to beautifully maintained floors. It doesnt deliver a super deep clean, but for keeping things pristine day-to-day, it's brilliant. Initial set up was very easy - set the base station down and let the vacuum explore your home - any movable obstacles should be out of the way during set up or it might "remember" - our vac seems to remember where the Christmas tree was and wont go into that corner without coercion. We havent had to change the dust bags very often so it seems to have pretty good capacity and the mops work great. Suction power over carpets is good but can be a bit noisy. When the robot goes back to empty to the base station it is really noisy (a bit louder than a normal vacuum cleaner) for about 10 seconds but thats a small price to pay - overall it is quiet. My only minor wish is for it to handle thresholds greater than 6mm a bit better, though it's easy enough to just lift it over when needed. I've also seen some mentions of mixed customer service experiences, but I haven't had to contact them myself, as the unit has worked flawlessly. All in all, it's a great bit of kit and a fantastic investment for anyone looking for effortless floor maintenance.

An outstanding piece of kit. Wouldn't be without it.
This is a wonderful piece of kit. - It vacuums and mops as well as you do (except in corners). - Its mapping is very sophisticated (albeit with a few quirks, see below). - You can tell it to clean the whole floor, a room, or just a particular zone in a room. - You can schedule it to clean specific areas - the app will do the rest. It connected first time to WiFi. - You only have to do a quick 3 minute maintenance session every week, change the dustbag maybe once a quarter. - It copes surprisingly well with cables (if not too thick) and cavity floorboxes. - It seems pretty sturdy, but this might be one device I would consider an extended warranty for cos it is going to see a lot of action. I LOVE IT. Just some tips about "Mapping" which we learned in the initial days. When you first let it loose, the Robovac will create a map of your residence, a few tips: - Clear as much off the floor as you can. - Mirrors at ground level confuse it, so we wandered behind it with a tray - everytime the Robovac turned towards a mirrored door, we put the tray in front of the mirror. - Open doors in front of it as it goes. It needs all the help it can get to spot rooms off corridors, so when it comes out of an ensuite for example, close the door so it can check out the rest of the room. Then have a look in the app at the map it created. Chances are it will have missed some detail or made some errors. - If it has missed an area, create a zone and tell it to clean that zone. It will then add it to the map. - It will have merged some rooms and split others. Use the Map Edit feature to sort this. The same goes if you move furniture. You may need to do a zone clean of where a sofa was to amend the map.

โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ I Should Have Bought This Eufy Robot Cleaner YEARS Ago! GAME CHANGER
โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ I Should Have Bought This Eufy Robot Cleaner YEARS Ago! GAME CHANGER! I am honestly so annoyed with myself for waiting this long to buy this robot cleaner. I thought it would just save me a bit of time โ I had no idea it would clean THIS well. Itโs like having a mini housekeeper who never complains, never gets tired, and does a perfect job every single day. The vacuuming is incredible. It picks up hair, dust, crumbs โ everything. But the mopping is what shocked me the most. I used to mop the floors manually and still see streaks or patches. This Eufy mops better than I do! The floors look shiny, clean, and fresh without me lifting a finger. It glides around gently and leaves the whole house smelling amazing. Itโs quiet, smart, easy to empty, easy to set up, and honestly just makes life easier. I run it once a day and my house has never looked this clean with so little effort I never thought under my beds and under my sofas was that dirty it shocked my when I see the water that dirty and black ๐ณ If youโre thinking about buying one, donโt wait like I did. Just get it. This is honestly one of the best purchases Iโve ever made โ worth every single penny.

Simple and easy to use once you set up
Cleaning This is good vacuum cleaner and does a decent job, especially on hard floors and carpets where there is not a lot of hair. The mopping function is okay and if the floor is very dirty then it might not clean on the first go , but you will need to run it again. Using it This is simple once the vac has mapped the floor space You need to use the app as that gives all the instructions. The app lets you set up what you want the vac on which area and at what level The capacity is good and you only need to clean one or two parts weekly which are relatively easy to do The base unit has a huge capacity so you wont be cleaning all the time. Only slight negative is that if you have lots of hair in your carpet then it struggles to clean that, then again most vacuums do I would recommend this, although it is on the pricey side, you gets lots of features and a good clean withput too much hassle

A Most Buy Product!
itโs truly an amazing product, while initially I received a used and damaged product. Amazon ensured that Iโm compensated and satisfied. The Eufy S1 Pro cleans super well. In the middle of a sand storm that left my place like a dune, and after one single run the place is spotless, literally. I even wiped down with a wet paper towel to check the remaining dust and the floors are squeaky clean. And the vacuuming power is very very good. My carpets are tough to deal with even with a normal vacuum. But the Eufy picked up the smallest pieces. I was truly impressed.
