Horrid Microphones
I really wanted to like this machine, especially at it's price point. Delivery was quick, set up was easy. I let it charge for several hours before testing it. First, I love the black and gold color. But then I saw the microphones, and they are very small and a bit awkward to hold and use. The sound coming from the mics aren't great, and because of their flat tops, you have to have them positioned correctly for a fuller sound to come from your voice. The sound itself from the machine sounds a bit tinny, not really a whole lot of bass. There is the reverb and echo mode, but then tone, which honestly, the tone mode is a bit silly. You can't even sing anything if you're set on a tone mode because it's very delayed and very muffled. So unfortunately, I have to give this system a 3 star rating. Definitely not the greatest out there, maybe good for kids, but I wouldn't break this out during a party.
