Product arrived in perfect condition and on time. Installation was easy, only needed to attach the 4 legs and set to the right length. The only problem I had was entirely my fault because I didn't measure the space accurately (1 inch off) so I had to place the commode in my other bathroom that's a little larger. I use it over my existing toilet as a riser and safety frame. I bought this bariatric commode because the newer regular weight capacity ones are too flimsy. I can't even use the regular type one I bought just before I got this one because the plastic toilet seat was so bendable, almost rubber-like, collapses while sitting on it!!! I'm 180 lbs. so it's not a weight issue. This bariatric commode is good and strong !!!

this is an excellent product, very sturdy and comfortable and easy to use. it is perfect.

The bariatric commode chair is very easy to assemble and works very well. It is stable, which is very important for me to feel.safe. it does have an overnight shipment option. It is expensive but worked very well.for me.
