Review: Perfect companion for souper cube molds. - I prep lots of soup in my freezer in the Souper Cube silicone molds. After they are frozen, they go in a zip bag and wait til I need them. These wonderful ceramic baking dishes are an absolutely perfect companion for thawing in the fridge (if you think ahead) or heating directly from freezer to microwave for hot soup in minutes. They come with a nice silicone lid for storage, too. The ceramic is thick and durable. Dishwasher safe, they clean up very well. They are worth every penny I paid for them.
